At last, the Presidential Decree (PD) No 71/2012 on the implementation regulation of Law No. 2/2012 about Land Clearing Bill for Public Facilities was signed by President SBY late last week. 

Based on our conversation with an industrial expert, this PD will act like a government ruling to regulate the implementation of the Land Clearing Bill, although additional regulations will be required from the Ministry of Finance/Coordinating Ministry of Economics (for budgetary funding, disbursement, etc.) and the National Land Agency (for technical and administrative executions).
