In line with consensus expectations, we believe Indonesia will experience a slight slowdown in second quarter 2011 GDP growth, before growth would reaccelerate in 3Q and beyond.  

While investment activities appear robust in the first quarter of this year growing at 27.4% year-on-year, new project investments have eased in the second quarter of 2011 growing at 24.5% year-on-year, based on data from the Coordinating Investment Board (BKPM).
